Travel coaches are not consultants. In coaching, the client holds the power, and it is the duty of the coach to pull information and acknowledgment from within the client, and provide insight, guidance, support, and ideas for them to form their own decisions and realizations. Coaches help clients find the answers from within. This is in contrast to consultants, who hold all power with regard to decision-making and answers.

Travel coaches are not travel agents, and do not make any legal bookings of any travel-related services including, but not limited to: hotels, airlines, tours, reservations, etc. If a client is seeking legal travel-related bookings, it is the coach’s responsibility to direct them to a licensed travel agent (if they are not one themselves). Travel coaches do not make any travel-related bookings but, rather, focus on empowering and guiding clients on how to take control over their own travel planning and booking actions through coaching sessions, resources, information, encouragement, mindset work, and other services and products. Travel agents can be travel coaches or provide travel coaching services, but travel coaches, without necessary training and license, cannot be a travel agent.

Travel coaches do not offer any medical or professional health advice. It is the travel coach’s responsibility to refer the client to a licensed medical professional in situations that require a licensed professional. All wellness-related information is based solely the travel coach’s personal findings, perspectives, experiences, and insight, which may stem from highly-credible proven case studies or research (with sources referenced).
