Who are ready to put their health and themselves first
Hello! I’m Lisa, The TravelDocta. I help you use travel as a form of self-care by focusing on how you want to feel while you’re gone and how you want to feel when you get back so you don’t need a vacation from your vacation.

A note from Dr. Lisa
I’m now in the decade of life that was my mother’s last. That reality made my health my priority, and travel has become part of how I care for it.
Travel is a powerful part of who I am, pushing me beyond my comfort zone. At the same time, it reminds me to slow down, stay present, and reconnect with myself, especially when life keeps me focused on ‘what’s next’. I come home from each journey feeling grounded, empowered, and more aligned with my authentic self!
I'm not special. I'm determined.
Travel in a Way That Honors You! ✨
You’re a Black Professional Woman in the last decade or two of your working life. You’ve done what others said couldn’t be done, and you’ve poured into your job, your family, and your friends for years. You’re ready to put your health and yourself first, but your decisions – including those about travel – still get shaped by everyone else. You may not see travel as a way to take care of yourself, and when you do go, rest never makes the itinerary.
Travel is not indulgent. It is necessary. It is self-care in motion, and it is one of the most powerful ways you can invest in your own well-being. 💫
I Help Black Professional Women:
✈️ Move through the world with confidence, joy, and a deep sense of self
🌿 Let go of the pressure to perform and simply be present in the experience
🌍 Create meaningful travel experiences that restore the mind, body, and spirit
🧘🏾♀️ Embrace travel as an intentional practice of self-care, so you come home rested, not needing a vacation from your vacation
🤎 Plan trips around how you want to feel while you’re gone and how you want to feel when you get back
If You’ve Been Pouring Into Everyone Else… 🧡
So many Black Professional Women give endlessly to work, family, and community, and leave themselves for last. If you’re ready to shift that balance and make travel part of your self-care and renewal, I’m here to guide you.
